tuneup doesn't seem to update when i change my code

Not sure why but it doesn’t seem to change the figures/timings of things when I update my code. I’m running in development mode, but with the environment “development_linux” which I specified in the config/tuneup.rb configuration block.
How can I force Tuneup to rerun the code correctly. Seems odd. Pasted my logs to pastie here: http://pastie.org/263653
I am on Ubuntu 8.04 with Rails 2.0.2 app and fiveruns_tuneup 0.8.14
It’s really shaping up to be an awesome tool.
