Hi,
I am trying to install RM-Manage on a CentOS 5.2 machine, but the installer exits when it finds that a ‘mysql’ user already exists.
Is there a way to ask the installer to not attempt a ‘adduser mysql’, or at least to make it continue its run even if the user already exists?
As RM-Install is “[...] designed so that it will not interfere with other installations of Ruby, Rails, MySQL and other components”, I presume there is a way around that.
Any advise?

Hi Guillaume,
We have tried to recreate the same issue and have been unable to. Can you send me the mysqld.log file and the report.txt file? You can send that to support@fiveruns.com
